Training recap 8/07-8/13

Another week down! Here’s what my training looked like:

Monday: OFF (yay)

Tuesday: 2700 yd swim, 1:15 of hill repeats on the bike

Wednesday: 30 minute run, 1700 yd swim

Thursday: 1:30 spin

Friday: 1500 swim, 60 minute run with 4×1 mile repeats

Saturday: 4 hour ride, 30 minute run

Sunday: 90 minute run on hills
