Meant to post on Sunday but ended up having guests over for a bacon fest – it was so delicious but my stomach regretted it SO much. Do not recommend!
Either way, I am loving my off season, and just working on activities that maintain aerobic endurance, as well as gaining strength.
Workouts this week:
Monday – Leg circuit!
Tuesday – Track workout: 8X800 at progression pace, starting at I pace and ending in R pace.
Wednesday – Arm & Abs circuit + 2.5 mile run
Thursday – 30 minute spin
Friday – Whole body circuit + 60 minutes of rowing
Saturday – 3.5 mile run (with Meb Keflezighi! Post coming soon!)
Sunday – 45 minute spin
