The professor I help out had me grade some labs for his Health Risk Appraisal class, and I really liked this one, so I did it myself! This website asks you some basic questions about yourself and your lifestyle to generate your “real age” based on health, fitness, mental wellness, and diet.
While I don’t always agree with Dr. Oz, this website can give you a good idea of your health and fitness status in relation to your age, and will give you some tips based on what you’re lacking (or whats “aging” you).
